What is TOUAWEN?
TOUAWEN is a French CleanTech company developing PlaqueSol One, an autonomous solar cooktop that combines photovoltaic charging, integrated LiFePO₄ storage and controlled electric cooking.

How does flexible payment work?
You first pay €25 to register your pre-reservation. This amount will be deducted from the final price. The balance is not charged automatically: TOUAWEN will contact you when the group price, production schedule and delivery costs are confirmed. Any payment schedule must be agreed in writing before payment.
A concrete example: how much will I pay in total?
If 120 orders bring the device price to €260, your €25 pre-reservation will be deducted, leaving €235 plus applicable delivery costs. If the group reaches another tier, the calculation will use that tier’s price. You will see the final amount before paying the balance.
Is my bank card secure?
Card payment takes place on Stripe’s secure checkout page. TOUAWEN does not receive your full card number or security code. Always open payment from touawen.com and never share banking codes by email or messaging.
Can I request a refund of the pre-reservation?
You may submit a request to TOUAWEN before your final order is confirmed. Processing will depend on the request date, order status and the terms provided to you. Applicable statutory rights, including withdrawal rights where relevant, remain unchanged.
How does the price decrease?
The indicative price decreases when validated pre-reservations cross the announced tiers: 30, 60, 90 and then 120 orders. TOUAWEN will confirm the final tier and price before requesting the balance.
Why invite other buyers?
Every new pre-reservation moves the group closer to the next tier. A larger community spreads launch costs and may give every participant access to a lower price.
When will the balance be charged?
The balance is never charged automatically with the pre-reservation. When the order can be finalized, TOUAWEN will send the confirmed amount and a secure payment method. You will then decide whether to complete the payment.
What if my card is declined at the end?
Check your card limit and permissions with your bank, then retry once. TOUAWEN may also offer another secure link or bank transfer. If you were charged despite an error message, do not pay again; contact us with the transaction reference.
Is the product covered by a warranty?
Applicable statutory guarantees will be stated in the sales terms supplied with the final order. As PlaqueSol One is still being developed and validated, the duration and scope of any commercial warranty will be confirmed before the balance is paid.

How do I pay with Mobile Money?
The PawaPay integration is being secured. Once available for your country and operator, you will be able to select Mobile Money, enter the relevant wallet number and approve the request directly on your phone. TOUAWEN will never ask for your PIN or secret code.
How long does a Mobile Money payment take?
Approval is often quick but may take several minutes depending on the operator, network and country. An order is confirmed only after the platform receives payment confirmation.
Common errors and solutions
Check the phone number, country, operator, available balance and wallet limits. Keep your phone connected so you can approve the request. If an unsuccessful attempt was not charged, wait a few minutes before trying again.
I was charged but my order is not confirmed
Do not pay a second time. Keep the transaction reference, date, amount and operator name, then contact TOUAWEN. Never share your PIN, password or validation code.
Is Mobile Money payment secure?
Payment will be handled through PawaPay and the Mobile Money operator available in your country. TOUAWEN confirms a reservation only after verifying the final status, amount, currency and payment reference. Use only payment flows opened from www.touawen.com and never disclose a secret code.
